Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReciPieMe. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy of others.
• Do not use AI-generated recipes to provide medical, dietetic, or clinical advice to third parties.

ReciPieMe Premium costs ₹149 per month, billed via UPI Autopay through Razorpay. Every new account receives a 7-day free trial of Premium; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews monthly at ₹149 until cancelled.

You can cancel any time from your UPI app: open Autopay / Mandates → find "ReciPieMe" → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by Razorpay's standard policy. We do not issue refunds after a successful charge except for duplicate/erroneous charges, which will be refunded in full within 7 business days of confirmation. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.

ReciPieMe generates recipe suggestions for educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not medical, dietetic, allergen, or food-safety advice. Always verify ingredients against your allergies and dietary restrictions, and follow safe food handling practices. If you have allergies or a health condition, consult your doctor.

AI-generated recipes, nutrition estimates, and cooking times are approximations and may contain errors. Use judgement and taste as you cook. We continuously improve the model but do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose.

The app, its content, brand, and software are owned by ValueQual. Ingredient photos and personal notes you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse. You can delete your account at any time via /recipieme/delete-account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueQual is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
