Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Digital Jaap Counter mobile application (the "App"), published by Valuequal Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), handles information. The short version: we do not collect anything.

1. Information we collect

None. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising ID, photos, microphone data, or usage analytics.

2. Data stored on your device

Your jaap count, target (e.g. 108), and app preferences (like haptics on/off) are stored locally on your device using standard OS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Uninstalling the App removes it.

3. Network access

The App is designed to work fully offline. It does not send your count or any other data to any server owned or operated by us or by third parties.

4. Third-party services

The App does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or social login SDKs. Basic distribution telemetry (such as install counts) may be reported by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies; we do not receive personal data from those reports.

5. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data — because we do not collect any user data.

7. Your rights (DPDP Act, GDPR)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU GDPR, you have rights of access, correction and deletion of personal data. As we hold no personal data about you, these rights are satisfied by design. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will confirm within 30 days.

8. Account deletion

The App has no accounts. There is nothing on our servers to delete. To remove locally stored preferences and counts, uninstall the App from your device.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever add features that involve data collection, we will update this policy and prompt you inside the App before enabling them.
