Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Digital Jaap Countermobile application (the "App"), provided free of charge by Valuequal Technologies("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Cost

The App is free. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. If this ever changes, we will notify you inside the App before charging anything.

3. No account

The App does not require registration. There is no user account, no password, and no server-side profile associated with you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content, code, and branding are owned by Valuequal Technologies. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a counting tool intended to assist personal spiritual practice; it is not a medical, religious, or professional service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valuequal Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or update it at our discretion.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
