Common issues

The download fails or nothing happens

Make sure the post is public and the link was copied from Instagram's Share → Copy link option. Private accounts and story-only content cannot be downloaded.

I can't find the saved file

Check your device gallery under a SaveGramPlus album, or the Files/Downloads folder. Ensure storage or photo permission is granted in device settings.

The video quality looks low

SaveGramPlus saves the highest quality Instagram serves for that post. If the original upload was low resolution, the download will match it.

The app crashes

Update to the latest version from your store. If it persists, email us your device model and OS version.

Reporting content or copyright concerns

SaveGramPlus does not host any media. If you are a rights holder and believe someone is misusing content saved through the App, email us at hello@valuequal.co with details and we will assist.
