We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Download only content that is publicly available and that you have the right to save.
• Use downloaded content for personal, offline viewing only.
• Do not re-upload, redistribute, monetise or claim ownership of content created by others without their permission.
• Do not use the App to infringe copyright, privacy or any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or automate abusive use of the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it.

SaveGramPlus is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms.

The App depends on publicly accessible sources that may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every link will work.

SaveGramPlus is free to download. If paid features or ad-removal purchases are introduced, they will be billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores' refund policies.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueQual Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, data loss, or claims arising from content you download or how you use it.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate this licence if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
