Delete your account

1. Open Halogen Photo Editor and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Send an email to hello@valuequal.co from the address registered with your account, with the subject "Halogen account deletion request". We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by email when it is done.

• Your account and login identifier
• Your email address and profile details
• Any saved projects, presets and edit history stored with us
• Subscription entitlement records linked to your account

Photos sent for cloud AI processing are already deleted right after processing, so nothing remains. Anonymised, aggregated diagnostics that cannot identify you may be retained. Transaction records required for tax and accounting law are retained for the statutory period (typically up to 8 years), then deleted.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before deleting, otherwise billing will continue.
