Subscriptions and billing

Halogen Premium is USD 79.99 per month or USD 79.99 per year. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel, open your store account → Subscriptions → Halogen Photo Editor → Cancel. If a purchase does not unlock Premium, use "Restore purchases" in the App under Profile, then contact us with your store receipt.

Common issues

  • An AI filter fails or times out: check your internet connection — cloud filters need one — then retry. Very large images can take longer.
  • Export is blocked or watermarked: full-resolution, watermark-free export is a Premium feature.
  • Can't open photos: grant photo library access in your device settings.
  • App crashes: update to the latest version and restart your device. If it persists, send us your device model and OS version.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data in-app under Profile → Delete Account, or request it on our account deletion page.
