Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or business image editing. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or attempt to extract the models or source code behind the App.

You retain all rights in the photos you upload and the edits you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your images solely to deliver the editing features you request. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to every image you edit and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or applicable law.

You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing;
• sexualises minors or depicts non-consensual intimate imagery;
• impersonates a real person in a deceptive or harmful way;
• infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

• The App offers a free tier with a limited set of filters and tools.
• Halogen Premium costs USD 79.99 per month or USD 79.99 per year for the annual plan.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, in your local currency including applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; we cannot process store refunds directly.
• We may change pricing with prior notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

AI filters produce approximate, stylised results and may occasionally generate unexpected output. The App is provided for creative use; you are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or sharing them.

We aim to keep the App available and continuously improved, but features may change, be added, or be removed. Cloud features may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account under Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
