Privacy Policy

• We never sell your personal data or your photos.
• Your photos are used only to produce the edit you requested.
• Cloud AI filters send the image for processing and delete it immediately afterwards.
• An account is only needed for subscriptions and cross-device access.
• You can delete your account and data at any time.

• Photos and edits: images you open in the App, and the filters or adjustments you apply to them.
• Account data (optional): email address and authentication identifier if you create an account or sign in.
• Subscription data: purchase and entitlement status received from Apple or Google. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Device and diagnostic data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs and anonymised usage events used to fix bugs and improve the App.

Most edits — adjustments, crops, presets and on-device filters — run entirely on your device and your image never leaves it. Certain AI filters require more computing power than a phone provides. For those, the image is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our processing provider, transformed, returned to you, and deleted from the processing servers immediately after the result is delivered. Photos are never used to train models, never shown to other users, and never used for advertising.

• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
• To fix crashes and improve performance.

We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions: cloud hosting and AI processing, crash reporting and analytics, and the app stores that handle billing. We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers. We may disclose information where required by law.

Photos sent for cloud AI processing are deleted immediately after processing. Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Diagnostic data is retained in aggregated or anonymised form.

The free tier of the App may display advertisements served by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. These networks may process device identifiers and ad-interaction data under their own privacy policies. Premium subscribers see no ads. You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings.

The App asks for photo library or camera access solely so you can choose or capture the images you want to edit, storage access to save results, and network access for cloud filters and subscriptions. You can revoke any permission in your device settings.

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer. Account deletion can be requested in-app under Profile → Delete Account or via our account deletion page. We respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with encryption at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and review them regularly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
